[SqueakAudio] MidiShare Plug-in for Squeak

I agree that we want to move towards MIDIShare long-term, but I'd rather
wait for the next release before I do any serious development on the Mac
plug-in. 

Given that, it would certainly make sense to provide a portable plug-in for
all platforms.

There seem to be alot of users on all platforms, so it must perform
acceptably.
