Hi, we have a FF-800 and 2 RME ADI-4DD that converts between ADAT and
AES.
I'm running Pro Tools HD and use the RME for all other apps so don't
have to quit
Pro Tools all the time. Only problem was when a guest hade lots of
tracks in PT in
96 kHz then not enough bandwidth for firewire so worked when quitted
the FF.
G5 with with 2 FW-drives in serie and then to the RME so not so
strange perhaps.
Otherwise works perfectly and the ADI-converters are also very nice.
The AD-converters
sound very good to and some like the mic preamps a lot too. Did some
testing of the
AD:s and our MOTU Traveller sounded like crap compared to the RME.

Regards

	Jesper
