I've done this before with the same hardware setup, when psycollider was
061220. Now I can't seem to get it to work with either that version or the
3.2 release.

Here is the line from my startup file:

s.options.device_("ASIO : ASIO4ALL v2");

When I boot the server I get this:

booting 57110
Using vector unit: no

Device options:
  - MME : Microsoft Sound Mapper - Input (device #0 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP 1/2 (device #1 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP Multi (device #4 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP S/PDIF (device #5 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP Mon. Mixer (device #6 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : Santa Cruz(tm) (device #7 with 2 ins 0 outs)
  - MME : Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output (device #8 with 0 ins 2 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP 1/2 (device #9 with 0 ins 2 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP Multi (device #12 with 0 ins 2 outs)
  - MME : M-Audio Delta AP S/PDIF (device #13 with 0 ins 2 outs)
  - MME : Santa Cruz(tm) (device #14 with 0 ins 2 outs)
  - ASIO : ASIO4ALL v2 (device #15 with 4 ins 4 outs)
  - ASIO : M-Audio Delta ASIO (device #16 with 6 ins 4 outs)

Booting with:
 In: ASIO : ASIO4ALL v2
 Out: ASIO : ASIO4ALL v2
suggestedLatency used: 0.012
SuperCollider 3 server ready..
ERROR:
server failed to start
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Although the error message says that the server failed to start, I can see
an scsynth.exe in my task manager. And subsequent requests to boot the
server result in:

Exception in World_OpenUDP: unable to bind udp socket

Does anyone have any ideas?
