I really don't like the idea of using Shift-Cmd-I because almost every  
text editor uses Cmd-I for italics. It would be bizarre to have Cmd-B  
for bold, Cmd-U for underline (both standards) and then Shift-Cmd-I  
for italics.

How about this:
Cmd-D (for documentation) for help
Cmd-Shift-D for the class browser

Cmd-D is currently unused, and Julian has been talking about using it  
as a replacement for clear post window on the dev list. We could just  
switch that to Cmd-Shift-C (for clear) so it is farther from Cmd-K (if  
it is changed at all).
