I forgot that Cmd-I is used for the text system (I tried it with
Monaco as the font, which doesn't have italics...). I think it would
be better to switch the help shortcut to something else rather than
change italics.
Another option is:
Option-Cmd-? for help
Control-Cmd-? for the help browser
The disadvantage is these both have four keys (with the shift), but
they are right next to one another. They are also the defaults for the
research assistant and help in Xcode.
