[sc-users] audio drop outs

I've been talking with Dan offlist because he has still been  
experiencing dropouts on his 512mb PowerBook. The previous patch  
wasn't pre-loading constants and some other parts of the plugin (only  
the executable code) and it's possible that the constants are being  
paged in. I've made some changes to preload the entire thing and I'm  
waiting to hear back from him. The latest patch is attached if anyone  
else wants to give it a try.
