[sc-users] Updating SC - best practice

As Josh says, but just to reiterate: It's much much better to put all
extensions in

~/Library/Application Support/SuperCollider

so you can update the core of SC without having to
delete/move/reinstall the extensions. That's the key to painless
updating.
