[sc-users] HID elements.

Hello list!
...just a quick question about HID cookies. I'm using HID explorer to
try and solve a lack of communication between SC and my HID device.
I know I'm getting data from this "element": #{V:4163, P:0, U:8:1}#
and I think I'm not giving SC all the information it needs to find
this "element". I'm unclear as to the utlility of the usage
information (i.e U:8:1). I understand the utility of the rest. I guess
to put my question more succinctly: how should the above element
information be used to tell SC to get data from that specific element?
