thank you Erik !!

although I found that by copying it from the external Seagate drive I  
am using to the PBG4's internal drive, it worked... I am puzzled...  
could it be something to do with the way the disk is formatted?  I  
was also having ProTools TDM give me a TDM error code when reading  
from this disk, but I reformatted and re-made it OSX format and it  
still happens...
