[Sc-devel] quarks page on sc site

Oh dear, those are all my quarks.

I'm not sure what happened. I saved my .quark files using the quark  
file type, but it seems they got saved to disk as RTF?

Is that file type maybe incorrectly defined in OSX? Should it be  
plaintext like .sc?
