If it's really such a problem you can go ahead and put it back in.
I didn't remove a former extension however (as there never was such
an extension as 'help.html'), I simply declined to adapt a rather
inconsistently applied convention (which wasted time in the search
routine) to the converted doc. I mentioned this on the list when I
first committed the html help, and you were free to object to it then.
That said, you can rename files in svnX in more or less standard
finder fashion if that helps. You can also just keep them as rtf, as
that is still supported.
