I think Dan said we were going to start using the sourceforge bug

- but I think it hasn't caught on quite yet.

You can submit a new issue here -

preferably with your SF account but I think it will take anonymous
submissions also.

The bug tracker won't be meaningful until the project admins start
assigning issues to developers. Until then, it's a nice list but there
is no accountability. While I'm a developer, I'm not an admin so I
can't assume responsibility for this.

I'm quite keen to see the tracker start getting proper use -- I recall
suggesting this well over a year ago :)
