[Sc-devel] can't commit into quarks?

Sorry to be a pest, but this is pretty annoying. SourceForge is three  
or four days behind support requests, and between the time I checked  
this morning and now, it doesn't look like very many issues have even  
gotten assigned. I think I'm about #70 in the queue.
