[Sc-devel] Main Help redraft

Would you have a problem moving the text at the beginning of the main  
help file to a "First Time Users" link (at the top of "Getting Help")?  
The text is seen all the time, but is only relevant to absolute  
beginners, and even then only for a couple of minutes. The main help  
file also looks a lot cleaner without it (screenshot: http://www.wabdo.com/pastedGraphic.png)
