[Sc-devel] SWIKI update?

Hi Julian,

   Is the use of ranlib to make libsndfile universal documented  
anywhere?
I do not find it anywhere. That could be my own myopia, otherwise it  
needs to be added to the
SWIKI documentation on downloading/compiling.

  (I cannot recall the password for the SWIKI , please send it  
privately.)

You've pointed out something i forgot to include in the documentation
for libsndfile.

Please run
sudo ranlib /usr/local/lib/libsndfile.a
