Firstly, the flurry of work on the doc in advance of the release was  
fantastic and inspiring.

Secondly, it turns out my old undocumented classes script still  
works, as it didn't depend on rtf. Below is a list of undocumented  
classes from Common. Some possibly shouldn't be documented anyway, or  
maybe better could be given quick stub files (saying they are  
abstract classes with only private methods or whatever), but it would  
be good if we could go through this and aim to have a decision for  
everything.
