[Sc-devel] Main Help File Redux

Hi Ryan,

This looks great, and I can see why you spaced things as you did BUT

You changed the order of the sections; there is no way I would have  
had (for instance) links to SC3vsSC2 or third party libraries  
prioritised at the top of the page. Instead, I would have used the  
first five Overviews on the right, and then put other 'overviews'  
into a separate  and longer Further Topics section below left. SC2  
stuff and third party libraries could go on the bottom of that  
column. I would prefer this was changed before it propagates too far.

I assume the 3.1 linked on http://sourceforge.net/project/ 
showfiles.php?group_id=54622 is now the official build? Amusing that  
it's listed as 30th October!

Are we ready to make an official announcement on sc-users? Who wants  
the honour: Scott, Dan, Ryan?
