I think it's good to have this document. It encourages people to  
explore stuff outside the
helpfiles. And developers could go there to see which classes don't  
have a helpfile, in case
someone feels like writing one : )

Personally I like the file for the reasons above, but as I don't know  
what you
mean by this browser idea, I'm not sure if it's good to delete it.
