[Sc-devel] 3.1 Online!

Thanks to everyone who worked to get this release finished!

I did a lot of small maintenance stuff putting it online:

- committed a new main help file...looks different in a browser vs. an  
NSTextView, but the change in appearance is minimal and I couldn't  
find a reasonable way to prevent it from happening.
- package.sh uses ditto to zip stuff up now rather than the plain zip  
tool in order to preserve resource forks, which are necessary for HTML  
help files to open in SC from the finder.
- packagesource.sh now exports the entire source tree rather than a  
list of hard-coded folders.
- removed the synthdefs dir along with a couple of other unused folders.
- moved TestingAndTodo out of the build folder, into the root.
- renamed ChangeLog.scd to ChangeLog.

I also made sure that the source built on Linux before putting the  
source package up. It builds. However, "scons -h" gives me "pkg-config  
not found." and then exits (pkg-config is installed). I messed around  
with it a bit and it seems like an interface may have changed in scons  
(maybe). This was using scons 0.97 and python 2.4.4.
