[OSC_dev] OSC for VBscript and JScript

I've just released a new COM component for VBscript
and JScript that supports Open Sound Control. You can
download a ZIP file containing the component install
program, docs (for using it with VBscript), and VBscript
examples:

The Windows/Linux C sources for EasyOSC (not required

Moving right along. Next up will either be Python support,
