Note that at CNMAT we don't use the OSC feature of the Max 5 built-ins
since they don't fully implement OSC fully or correctly, i.e. timetags,
bundle atomicity etc. The objects also unfortunately reinforce the
erroneous idea that OSC is bound with TCP/IP transport. Finally it is hard
for us to experiment with new ideas in OSC (e.g. OSC 1.1) when the code
belongs to someone else.
