[OSC_dev] Everyone Invited - SYNoscopy

Not to rain on the party here, but this is extremely inappropriate.   
Wikipedia is a place for the documentation of informational content  
about established and notable topics.  SYN does not meet that  
requirement, nor does any such "proposal".  Please revert those  
changes, or I will.

I should add that the OSC Wikipedia entry has grown slowly less  
comprehensible over the last couple years, its due for a serious edit.
