[Media_api] Some #pragmas for Windows

I had hoped that the #ifdef _MSC_VER brackets would prevent the code  
snippets from annoying other compilers, but I have admittedly only  
cross-tested with XCode/gcc, which is not everything. Indeed, it  
would not entirely amaze me if the next version of Visual C++ would  
take umbrage at the code.

It was an idea.
