[Media_api] [Announce] Shelljam 0.0.1 uses portmidi

Hi, I'm Carlo, and I coded the small MIDI tool shelljam.

Shelljam is an interface to use standard computer hardware as MIDI input
devices. I will use my own musical career as a guinea pig to find out
whether computer hardware can be used in a professional setting.
(stages, studios)

The current version 0.0.1 features a unique keyboard layout and complete
blocking of the user interface to avoid accidental task-switching in
mid-performance.

Shelljam is quite small (the executable is 10k), and quite fast. It has
the rudiments of a modular input architecture to be activated in the
next releases.

It uses portmidi 17nov04 exlusively for MIDI processing.
